FAQ

How does Oggy's Club work ?

→ On the 1st of each month the theme of the month is revealed. The content is a surprise but each tier's descriptions gives you an idea of the type of items you'll receive !

→ Join one of the 3 tiers between the 1st and the 15th of each month.

→ The Happy Mail will be shipped at the end of the month.

→ The following months you will be charged on the 15th, and mail will be shipped at the end of every month. You can modify, pause and cancel your subscription at any time !

What if I join after the 15th ?

If you join Oggy's Club after the 15th you will be charged now but will only receive the rewards at the end of the following month. (You will not be charged on the 15th of the following month, but will be charged the months after that)

For example :
→ You join the Stickers Mail on March 22nd

→ you will receive April's Stickers mail at the end of April / beginning of May

→ and you will be charged again on May 15th.

When will I receive my Happy Mail ?

The Happy Mail will be shipped the last week of each month. Depending on your location the mail could reach you before the end of the month or during the following month.

Estimated delivery times :

→ France : 2 - 4 days

→ Europe : 3 - 30 business days

→ International : 8 - 30 business days
