Can I cancel my order ?

After the order has been placed you have 2 hours to message me asking for a cancellation. After this timeframe cancellations won't be possible.

I would like to return my order.
My order arrived damaged or something is missing !
Can I modify my order ?

Once your order has been placed it cannot be modified anymore. If you made a mistake contact me as soon as you placed your order and I might be able to change it.


If the order has already been processed, no modification or cancellation will be made.

Can I change my shipping address ?

When will my order ship ?

All orders are processed as fast as possible after the order is completed !


The processing times are usually 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) but please note processing can take longer during busy sales and Holidays season !

What does the "estimated date of delivery" on product page mean ?
