This meal planner notepad will help you organize your meals for a whole week. Plan your healthy food (and also some tasty snacks, you know..) and write down the list of groceries needed along the way.
The grocery shopping list is on a separate notepad (that makes shopping simpler). When you are done, simply tear the page and bring it with you when you are going grocery shopping !
The notepad contains 30 sheets (30 weekly planner and 30 groceries lists) made with a soft 100 gr paper.
